Hello!
Hi, I'm Sandra - founder of the K9 Club, and passionate about helping dogs and their owners build more than just good behaviour. I live in the Mottisfont area of Hampshire, surrounded by beautiful woodland and fields that inspire me to bring nature, instinct and fun learning into every class.

My story
I've been working with dogs for many years, across a wide range of activities: agility, scentwork, heelwork to music, hoopers, gundog training, rally and trick training. I'm proud to have competed twice at Crufts in Obreedience and achieved KC Grade 5 in agility (with two different dogs).
Along that journey I have also gathered professional credentials, including:

-
Member of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT)
-
IMDT Learning, Motivation & Reinforcement Level 3
-
Certified Trick Dog Instructor (DMWYD)
-
IMDT Career as a Dog Trainer Course
-
IMDT Practical Instructors Course

These experiences have shaped my belief in force free, reward-based training and helped me design what truly works for dogs of all temperaments and ages.

Why I started the K9 Club
Before launching the K9 Club, I ran a dog walking and enrichment service, working with dogs of every age, size and ability. I saw first hand how many dogs - especially rescues, shy guys or high-drive breeds, needed more than just a walk: they benefitted from mental stimulation, purposeful activities and a calm, confident mindset.
That's why I created the K9 Club: to offer a different kind of weekly class. One where enrichment, empathy and education come together - where dogs and owners work as a team, build trust, and enjoy the process of learning together.
